PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER!

• With an online ticket you can proceed directly to one of the fast lane entries at the  show.
• One Day tickets are valid for a one day visit to Scale Model Challenge. You can use the one day ticket on Saturday 19th or on Sunday 20th October. Please note that on Saturday the contest area is closed for vistors from 15:00 for the rest of the day for judging. On Sunday the contest area is open to visitors from 10:00 to closing of the show. 
• Multi Day tickets are for valid for admission on both days of the Expo
• Reduced Rate tickets are for visitors under the age of 15. An age check may be required at the door!
• Admission tickets purchased online are subject to administration cost.
• Purchased tickets are not refundable, except when the whole event is cancelled, but you are free to transfer them on a non-commercial basis.  Please read the general terms for more information. 
• Online tickets are preferably printed and presented at the door with the QR and/or barcode clearly visible. Presenting your ticket on your smartphone is also possible, but at your risk.
• Please keep tickets ready for scanning at the fast lane entries in order to avoid delays.
• At the show entrance, and only after scanning of your ticket, you will receive a wristband that replaces the online ticket for further access to the show for the duration of the validity of your ticket.
• After you have confirmed your purchase you will receive an email with a link to download your tickets. Please check your spam folder too. Or download the tickets directly from the confirmation page that will be displayed after you have completed your purchase. 

• For T-shirt vouchers: please make sure to fill out style and size when ordering.
• For Workshop tickets: Please select your tickets carefully before confirming your purchase, especially when the use of airbrush is concerned!  
• Please make sure to enter your correct email address and double check before sending the order for your ticket. We recommend that you also check your spam folder to see if your tickets may have landed there!
